Design Under Our Own Roof
Architecture and interiors are produced by our sister studio, statics. Designer and builder sit at the same table, so nothing is lost between decision and execution.

I MANAS is a classical residential development; New Petra a contemporary commercial centre. We do not impose one style on every plot — place and programme set the language.

A building’s real test is not its opening day but its tenth year. We choose materials and details looking at that day.
